Where the Calcium Actually Goes
Swallowing calcium and absorbing calcium are two different events. An isolated mineral salt arrives in the small intestine on its own, into conditions where a large share of it binds up and falls out of solution — and the intestinal lining cannot take in what will not dissolve. What does not dissolve is simply eliminated. This is chemistry, not effort, and it gets less forgiving with age as stomach acid naturally declines. Which is why the number on the label and the amount that ever reaches your skeleton have never been the same number, no matter how carefully you took it.
Why the Bottles Keep Multiplying
Standard bone protocols answer this with volume: a higher dose, a different salt, then vitamin D3, K2, magnesium, boron, collagen. Each addition is reasonable on its own, and none of them changes what happens in the gut — because every one of them arrives as an isolated nutrient with nothing to carry it across the intestinal wall. That is why the counter fills up while the scan does not move, and why the honest answer was never another bottle. The missing piece was never a nutrient at all. It was the carrier. That is why we created Intact Matrix Delivery™.
How Intact Matrix Delivery™ Works
Calcium inside real milk never travels alone. As the milk's proteins are digested they release casein phosphopeptides — short protein fragments whose job is to bind calcium and hold it dissolved, so the mineral stays in a form the intestinal wall can take in instead of precipitating out. The calcium arrives with an escort. And because it arrives inside a whole food, it arrives alongside the phosphorus, magnesium and protein bone is actually built from, in the proportions milk provides them. That is what a tablet cannot reproduce — not because the mineral is different, but because everything around it is missing.
What the First Six Months Look Like
Bone answers to what you do for months, not to what you do for a fortnight. Here's what to expect along the way.
Mostly About What Stops
No chalk, no constipation or bloating from a mineral tablet, and a morning routine with one step in it.
Everyday Movement Feels Less Careful
As the minerals and protein arrive consistently rather than sporadically, many people notice everyday movement feeling less careful — stairs, shopping bags, getting up from the garden.
Part of Your Morning Coffee
By week four and beyond it has simply become the thing you do with your coffee, which is the part that matters most, because bone answers to what you do for months, not to what you do for a fortnight.
Your Next Scan Is the Judge
Six uninterrupted months, and your next scan is the judge.
One Ingredient, and Nothing to Hide
The whole argument rests on the milk proteins staying intact, so the way it is made is the product. Ours is dried at low temperature rather than blasted with heat, from organic, grass-fed, pasture-raised goats. The ingredients list is one line: goat milk powder. No maltodextrin, no fillers or gums, no sweeteners, no flavouring, no binders. Free from soy, gluten and tree nuts. Everything that is in the bag is printed on the bag, which is the only claim worth making about a food — and the reason we would rather show you the panel than talk around it.

FAQ
How do I take it?
How do I take it?
Two full scoops — around 14 g — stirred into one cup of hot water, coffee, porridge or a morning smoothie, once a day. Chill it afterwards if you prefer it cold. It dissolves completely and does not need shaking or timing around meals. You can also bake with it. Most people find the easiest approach is to replace whatever they already put in their morning coffee, so it becomes part of a routine that already exists rather than one more thing to remember.
I am sensitive to dairy — can I still take this?
I am sensitive to dairy — can I still take this?
This is real dairy and it does contain lactose, so it is not suitable if you have a diagnosed milk allergy. That said, goat milk is structurally different from cow's milk: it contains less lactose, it has smaller fat globules, and its protein is A2 casein rather than the A1 casein in most cow's milk. Many people who find cow's milk hard to tolerate report that goat milk sits noticeably more comfortably. If your stomach has rejected chalky calcium tablets, that is a different issue entirely — this is not a mineral salt.
What does it taste like?
What does it taste like?
Mild and gently creamy, with none of the sharpness people associate with goat cheese. That taste comes from oxidation during high-heat handling and processing, not from goat milk itself. Ours is dried at low temperature from fresh organic grass-fed milk, which is why the flavour stays clean. In coffee it reads as a creamer. In porridge or a smoothie most people do not notice it at all. There is no added sweetener, flavouring or vanilla masking anything — the ingredients list is one line long.
Can I keep taking my calcium, vitamin D and K2?
Can I keep taking my calcium, vitamin D and K2?
Yes. This is a single-ingredient whole food, not a mineral supplement, so it works alongside whatever you already take rather than replacing anything by force. Many people find over time that they naturally simplify what is on the counter, but nothing about starting requires you to stop something else. If you take thyroid medication or any prescription where you have been told to keep minerals a couple of hours apart, apply the same spacing you already use, and check with your doctor or pharmacist if you are unsure.
How long before I notice anything?
How long before I notice anything?
The first thing most people notice is what stops happening: no chalky tablets, no constipation or bloating, and a morning routine that takes one step instead of six. Through the second and third weeks, many report that everyday movements — stairs, carrying shopping, getting up from the garden — start feeling less careful. Bone changes slowly and honestly, so the real answer is measured in months rather than weeks. Take it daily for six months and let your next scan be the judge, not the first fortnight.
